SITE VISITS & COACHING

If the Center for Early Literacy and Learning Success (CELLS) provides principals and coaches of Demonstration Network schools with:
- coaching
- intentional supports
- research-informed resources
- access to Network Improvement Communities

Then principals will lead the effective implementation of a school-wide literacy program including:
- instructional coaching for teachers
- high quality curriculum
- data driven practices
- access to extended learning

As a result, students will demonstrate:
- accelerated gains in literacy skill development
- best practices will be systematized
- schools across the state will have lab sites to learn from
- amplified literacy learning across the state.
This is coupled with district commitment and alignment to research-based practices.

This guidance is intended to provide research-supported implementation of core literacy components and practices, agnostic of curriculum, to ensure all children have access to research-aligned practices every day.
