LIFT (Literacy Instruction and Future Teachers) is a high-impact literacy tutoring program for 1st-3rd grade students, designed to complement comprehensive, grade-level core learning.
Local university students provide evidence-based literacy instruction to striving readers during the school day. LIFT currently pairs tutors from Eastern Oregon University and George Fox University with elementary students in the McMinnville and Newberg-Dundee school districts.
